Please send the package via standard courier service. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or packages sent to parcel lockers or collection points. The cost of return shipping is on a customer.
Wait for the refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the package is received at our store.
The refund will be made via bank transfer.
