Below, we’ve outlined all the standard services we provide along with the prices.

TURNAROUND TIME
The standard processing time is 7 business days, with the exception listed below.
Sewing hair onto tape, Clip-Ins, or Tape-Ins takes 30 business days.
EXPRESS OPTION: Up to 3 business days, charged at double the rate (not applicable to sewing hair onto tape).

PREPARING HAIR

HAIR CUT FROM THE HEAD – Before cutting, ensure the hair is properly secured with an elastic band and/or zip ties, preferably braided before cutting. For transportation, wrap the hair in a paper towel and secure it with an elastic band.

HAIR TO BE TRANSFORMED FROM ONE METHOD TO ANOTHER – Tie the hair together in small bundles of about 20 strands using an elastic band or zip tie, making sure to follow the direction of hair growth. Tape-In strips should be stuck together in "sandwiches" just as they were removed from the hair. Tie or secure 5 "sandwiches" together with an elastic band or zip tie.
An additional fee of 20% of the total cost will be charged for improperly prepared or disorganized hair. For transportation, wrap the hair in a paper towel and secure it with an elastic band.

BRUSHING

If someone cuts their hair, it is not immediately suitable for extensions.
Before such a ponytail can be transformed for the chosen method, it needs to be properly brushed and aligned. If a friend has cut their hair for you or if you purchased hair elsewhere, we can prepare it for you. The hair will lose a bit of its thickness and length, but this process ensures a better result when it comes to extensions. This step is essential before any customization can be done.

All Slavic ponytails available on our website are already brushed and aligned, ready to be customized for any method.

CLIP IN, WEFT 

Hair Regeneration for Tape-Sewn Hair:

  • Washing + Moisturizing: 1.5 PLN/gram
  • Washing + Intensive Repair (Keratin): 3 PLN/gram
  • Washing + Moisturizing + Tape Regeneration: 3 – 6 PLN/gram

Sewing a Ponytail onto Tape:

  • Double tape without clips: 8.00 PLN/cm
  • Double tape with clips: 8.00 PLN/cm
  • Single tape (for Tape-On): 3.40 PLN/cm
  • Cost of a sewn-in clip: 2.50 PLN/piece

Sewing Tapes Together:

  • Double stitching: 1.20 PLN/cm
  • Triple stitching: 2.40 PLN/cm
  • Quadruple stitching: 4.00 PLN/cm
  • Quintuple stitching: 6.00 PLN/cm
  • Sextuple stitching: 8.40 PLN/cm

Sewing a Clip: 5 PLN

Seamless Clip-In:

  • Processing into Seamless Clip-In: 6 PLN/cm
  • Stitching or taping tapes one under the other: 4 PLN/cm
  • Sewing a clip: 5 PLN

Deadlines:

  • Keratin, ultrasound, microrings, and Tape-On regeneration: 7 business days
  • Coloring: 10 business days*
  • Tape-On/Seamless processing: 10 business days*
  • Sewing hair onto tape, Clip-In, or Tape-On takes up to 30 business days

*If services are combined, processing times are added together.

EXPRESS OPTION: Up to 3 business days, charged at double the rate (not applicable for sewing hair onto tape).

We reserve the right to extend the deadline in exceptional situations!

For improperly prepared or disorganized hair, an additional fee of +20% of the total cost will be applied.

BRUSHING OUT:
4 PLN/gram (applies only to hair not purchased from GrzechHair; this service must be completed before coloring)

TOP COLORING – top coloring involves creating a lighter or darker blend, ideal if you want to achieve tonal transitions.
