An important element of this warranty is the hair's serial number, which allows you to know exactly what type of hair you ordered. We do not disclose prices or personal data of the purchaser.
Any product defects revealed during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. The time during which the defective product is being repaired does not count toward the warranty period.
The warranty card must be fully and clearly completed, signed by both the seller and buyer, and should not contain any alterations or corrections.
The warranty period is listed in the "Warranty Period" column and begins on the date indicated in the "Sale Date" section.
If a defect occurs, the hair must be delivered in its original packaging along with the warranty card, proof of purchase, and the hair tied in bundles of 20 strands at the root, or in another properly secured package, to the company address:
GrzechHair, ul. Przebendowskich 49A, 81-526 Gdynia, Poland.
Hair sent for regeneration must also be packaged in the same manner.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, defects caused by improper care or non-compliance with the extended hair care guidelines, or damage caused by accidental events.
GrzechHair may refuse warranty service if the product is used improperly or outside its intended purpose.
The customer has the right to file a quality complaint. To do so, the defective product should be sent at the customer's expense to the company's address, along with a written request for an exchange or refund (including bank details for a transfer or exchange instructions); the appropriate form can be found at: https://www.grzechhair.com/images/formreturn.pdf.
After reviewing the complaint, a refund or product exchange will be processed no later than 10 business days, and the new product will be sent at the company's expense. Since these are personal products, returns of used or damaged items due to improper use will not be accepted. Returns of hair after the removal of protective seals, which guarantee that the product is new, will not be accepted.
Extended Hair Care Guidelines:
SLEEP
Always brush your hair before bed and tie it in a braid or loose ponytail. Never go to sleep with wet, unbrushed, or untied hair to prevent tangling.
WASHING
Washing your hair should be done in an upright position, preferably in the shower (where water falls from above, preventing tangling). It is important to wash your hair with lukewarm water and avoid circular motions. Instead, gently massage the spaces between the bonds with your fingertips to properly clean the scalp, as the hair near the scalp and the scalp itself tend to be the most soiled. Then, smooth the extensions—never rub or scrub them, as this can cause tangling.
Remember not to rub your extended hair with a towel. Instead, gently press the water out, running your hand along the hair. Always maintain an upright position during every stage of care. Be cautious when using a hair salon sink, and make sure the stylist has experience with extended hair to avoid tangling.
Use alcohol- and protein-free hair care products, as these can damage the hair and bonds. Hair extensions REQUIRE INTENSIVE MOISTURIZING because, although they are natural, they are dead. Use good conditioners and shampoos with strong moisturizing properties. Proper care is key to the longevity and appearance of your hair.
BRUSHING
Before washing, thoroughly brush your hair. After washing, dry your hair before brushing (it's recommended to gently comb through the hair with your fingers and allow it to air-dry naturally). Then, gently detangle, starting from the ends and working your way up. Brush your hair at least twice a day, as needed.
Use a special brush with dual bristle regulation to detangle the spaces between the bonds. Use only a brush with soft natural bristles, as overstretched hair will frizz and tangle. Always brush very gently—do not pull!
DRYING AND STYLING
Natural hair can be dried with warm air from a hair dryer, styled as desired, straightened with a flat iron, or curled with a curling iron. When straightening, curling, crimping, or blow-drying, it is recommended to use spray conditioners or balms that protect the hair from heat. If using a flat iron or curling iron, avoid applying heat near the roots where the bonds are.
COLORING AND OTHER CHEMICAL TREATMENTS
Hair that is prepped for a specific color can be dyed, but remember that this is done at your own risk due to variations in application. Keep in mind that this is a chemical process, and improper execution may damage the hair. It is recommended to color natural hair with dye that uses 1.5-2% hydrogen peroxide; higher concentrations of professional-grade peroxide should be diluted. Often, 10 minutes is enough to color extended hair. A good way to refresh your look is to dye only the crown or roots.
SPECIAL CARE FOR CURLY AND WAVY HAIR
Curly hair should be thoroughly brushed before washing. Then, wash according to instructions, avoiding circular motions during washing to prevent unnecessary tangling. After washing and applying conditioner or a mask, wait until the hair is almost dry (slightly damp). Then, gently comb through and apply oil using a squeezing motion to enhance the curl.
Wavy or curly hair should be cared for like permed hair, meaning it is recommended to use products and conditioners designed for permed hair, as well as deep moisturizing treatments. It is essential to "weigh down" and moisturize curly hair with good products to prevent frizz and give it a neat appearance.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When participating in sports or swimming in a pool, tie your hair in a braid (chlorinated and salty water can damage the hair!). After swimming in a pool or the sea, wash or rinse your hair.
GENERAL NOTES
- Do not subject your hair to aggressive chemical treatments such as lightening. It’s best to use a toner, but this is done at your own risk.
- Do not overheat the bonds.
- Do not apply any products to the bonds, regardless of the method, as this can cause the extensions to slip.
- Do not use silk in the care of natural hair.
- Use oils and high-quality silicones during hair care.
- When coloring hair at your own risk, we recommend using nourishing hair boosters.
- Always brush your hair before bed and tie it in a braid or loose ponytail. Never go to sleep with wet, unbrushed, or untied hair to prevent tangling.
